SPANISH GGM LITTLE LEARNERS

GGM Little Learners provides students interested in developing bilingual proficiency in the Spanish language, the opportunity to acquire the multilingual skills needed for employability in today’s global economy. Studying Spanish as an additional language will also enhance English reading and writing skills. The Spanish listening and speaking skills are combined with a reading phonic program. Our comprehensive phonics program for bilingual or monolingual students has been identified as an exemplary reading and writing program that has resulted in significant student gains at mainstream schools.

MATHS GGM: FROM PARVULOS TO YEAR 6

Our maths program aims to stimulate student interest in this subject and improve academic performance. The school’s emphasis on improving student achievement in maths focuses on strengthening academic content and instruction, as well as, achieving gender and ethnic equity in performance outcomes.  Our school implements a cross-cultural based curriculum designed to meet students’ needs and program goals. We have based our maths program on the mainstream curriculum but with a different and more direct approach.  Each level contains a number of units, which the students must master before progression to the next unit is possible.

SPANISH GGM LITTLE LEARNERS

This is our most popular class. Children are happy to learn about countries, rivers, mountains, and the history of humanity. The GGM humanities programme complements the mainstream school curriculum, but with added focus for the Latin American minority community.
